SunAmmonia whose founders from Mexican origin, have more than 100 years of experience in the energy markets, have developed a disruptive technology to produce Ammonia directly from “green hydrogen” including the setting up of plants directly in consumer ´s premises. It will cover different market segments due to the versatility of ammonia applications. On the short-term agriculture and fishing are perceived as potential consumers but on a second stage potential uses will be fuel or hydrogen carrier.

The Market:
According to the IFA (International Fertilizer Association, ), the global supply of ammonia is expected to increase 6%, from 218 to 232 million tons per year, from 2019 to 2024, respectively. Of this total, 1.82% goes to the ammonia segment for application. However, demand will continue to increase, as the micro-reactor guarantees the supply of ammonia at the right time to the final consumer, without depending on intermediaries or its supply chains. Given the versatility of using both products, it will be possible to reach the fishing and refrigeration industries, improving the environment.
